Founder John Hastings has provided financial consulting services to companies since 1988, both as an independent consultant and in conjunction with two well known workout firms. John has broad business and financial experience, having held positions ranging from Treasurer of GCA Corporation to Controller of CML Group. John began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. in Boston, MA, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds degrees from Middlebury College and Rutgers University, including an MBA. In 1993 John completed an executive course at the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College on "Leveraging Core Competencies".

John is a member of the NH CPA Society and has served on its Technology Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA's, and served as the elected Treasurer of the Hopkinton School District for many years.
